Symptoms:
Users may have to manually clicking the 'Trust Sender' button from their Outlook in order to printing the IRD confirmation email.
Root Cause:
The issue occurs because Outlook's Trust Centre settings are restricting certain content from email messages. These restrictions apply to emails sent from domains that are not recognised as trusted by the property's IT system.
The IRD order emails are sent through Mailgun, which acts as AXP's SMTP relay. This means outbound emails are processed through Mailgun's email server before reaching at recipients' end.
Resolution:
To ensure emails display and print correctly, please add the sending domain used by AXP to Outlooks' Safe Sender List.
Steps:
Identify the email domain used for IRD order emails, (shall be "@fourseasons.alliants.app").
Add this to your Safe Senders List within Outlook.
