Vendor Policies

Vendor Policies allow you to set the policies for a vendor such as a Cancellation policy, Disclaimer or Dress Code. To create a Vendor Policy you can:

  1. Go to Vendors

  2. Click on a Vendor

  3. Click on "Full Profile"

  4. Go to the "Policies" tab

  5. Click "Add Policy" and enter the necessary details

  6. Click "Apply"

Policies can then be edited from here by clicking on the "action" button. Please see the GIF below for how to do this:

Vendor Policies in Requests

A Vendor's Policies will appear in the side menu when you click on a Request. The Vendor's Policies will appear under "Vendor Details". Please see the image below for more information:

Note: This can be made visible on the guest's digital itinerary
