What are the possible causes?
The guest creates reservations using different email addresses or phone numbers, leading to multiple profiles.
A reservation is canceled and rebooked by the guest under different profiles, causing the misalignment of the room number.
If using HotSOS check it is configured and that the field "extendedAttributes": is NOT NULL.
How can this be prevented?
Maintain a single profile for each guest and ensuring validation on email and phone fields to prevent duplicates.
Ensure all reservations and conversations are linked to the correct profile.
Request merge of duplicate profiles to Alliants Support team to help avoid confusion.
Verify that PMS and integration settings are correctly configured with the appropriate attributes and/ or for profile matching as per the article linked.
