Using multi-select filters for Concierge reminders

Updated over 2 months ago

What’s new

The Reminders view in Concierge supports multi-select filters instead of single-choices

You can:

  • Filter reminders by multiple statuses at once

  • Focus more easily on tasks that still need attention

  • See the oldest items first, so nothing gets missed

1. Reminder filter options

You’ll now see four filter options:

  • All – shows every reminder

  • To Do – reminders that still need action

  • Overdue – reminders that are past their due time/date

  • Done – completed reminders

These filters are now checkboxes (multi-select), not radio buttons.

2. New default filter behaviour

Previously, the default reminder view showed a broad range of “upcoming” reminders, including completed (“Done”) tasks.

Now, the default filter is:

  • To Do

  • Overdue

  • Done ⬜ (not selected)

  • All ⬜ (not selected)

This focuses the view on what still needs action.

3. How to use the filters

  1. Open the Reminders view in Concierge.

  2. At the top of the list, choose any combination of:

    • All

    • To Do

    • Overdue

    • Done

  3. The results update immediately to show only reminders matching the selected statuses.

You can, for example:

  • Select To Do + Overdue to focus on active work and anything late.

  • Select Done alone to review what has been completed.

  • Use All to ignore status and see every reminder.

4. Sorting and prioritisation

Regardless of filters, reminders are:

  • Sorted by oldest date/time first

This ensures:

  • The tasks that have been waiting the longest are at the top.

  • Overdue or long-standing “To Do” items are easy to pick up.

5. Why this change helps

Multi-select filters align the Reminders view with other AXP filtering patterns and give teams:

  • More control over their personal or departmental workload

  • A clearer focus on actionable items

  • Less noise from already completed tasks
