Summary: The Mobile Keys management interface includes filters to help users customise their views.
Permissions Required: Role required in AXP to manage Digital Keys are Concierge, Location Admin, or Brand Admin.
Filter Type | Options Available |
Date Range | Select a start and end date to display Mobile Keys within a specific period. |
Mobile Key Status | Filter by 'Issue Failed' or 'Revoke Failed' keys. |
Device Status | Choose from 'Invitation Pending', 'Acknowledged', 'Activation Failed', 'Terminated', or 'Termination Failed'. |
Key Type | Filter keys based on type: 'App', 'Physical', or 'Wallet'. |
Device Type | Display keys by device type: 'Android' or 'iPhone' |
Applying Filters for Digital Keys
1. Navigate to Digital Keys in left hand side menu.
2. Click the filters ≡ icon on the right hand side corner.
3. Apply the necessary filters.
4. Click the "Apply" button to save.
