Why all my property's tablets cannot send IRD orders?

If ALL your property's tablets cannot place In Room Dining orders, this means there is a configuration issue with the 3rd party - IRIS.

What are the symptoms?

If you meet this error "Our appologies, we were unable to send your request to the hotel. Please chat with us to complete your order" when placing an In Room Dining orders on the tablet, this means the order has been placed within IRIS platform but not fired towards AXP yet.

The error shows when users try to confirm the order.

How to fix it?

As the error pops up before the order is confirmed, the order is not done within IRIS platform yet. This indicates an issue with the IRIS integration or POS integration.
