How Do I Create a Vendor Service?

Summary: Adding a Vendor Service in AXP allows you to specify the services a vendor offers, including descriptions, request types, and optional dates for time-limited offers. This helps ensure guests have access to accurate and detailed service options.

Permissions Required: To create a Vendor Service, you must have the appropriate role; Converser or Brand Admin.

Creating a Vendor Service

1. Navigate to the Vendors section in the left hand side menu.

2. Select the vendor you wish to add a service to.

3. Click the hyperlink "Full Profile", then select "Services" from the top menu.

4. Click the button + Service.

5. Enter the required details, including:

  • Request Type

  • Description

  • Dates (optional, useful for time-limited offers)

6. Click the button Publish Service to save.
