Summary: Users can update details such as room descriptions, images, and other key attributes within the Alliants Experience Platform (AXP).
Permissions Required: These settings can only be changed by Brand Admins or Location Admins.
Accessing Room Settings
1. Go to Settings in the left hand side menu
2. Click on the Rooms tab to view the list of available rooms.
3. Search and Select the room to update.
4. The Room details will pop up in the right hand side panel.
5. Click the action icon "..." in the top-right corner and select "Edit Room".
6. Edit Room Details – Update the necessary room information.
7. Click the "Save" button to apply the updates.
✅ That's it! The room information has been successfully updated.
