Summary: Engage is AXP's built-in tool for creating and sending guest email communications — from automatic transactional messages (like booking confirmations) to one-off or scheduled marketing campaigns — all without leaving AXP.
Permissions Required: The Marketer role (assigned at brand or location level) is needed to access Engage and manage Audiences and Campaigns. Building email templates additionally requires a Brand Admin, Location Admin, or Marketing Admin role. Engage is only available to brands that have purchased the module.
The Three Parts of Engage
Audiences — the list of guests to target, built from profile, booking, or request criteria.
Templates (Email builder) — a drag-and-drop editor for designing the email content, with no coding needed.
Campaigns — brings an audience and an email template together and decides when it sends: automatically (transactional), on a one-off date, or on a repeating schedule.
Accessing Engage
Navigate to Engage in the left-hand menu.
Here you'll find tabs for Audiences, Templates, and Campaigns.

Common Questions
Q: I don't see Engage in my menu — why not?
A: Engage is only switched on for brands that have purchased it, and your access depends on your assigned role. Contact your administrator to check both.
Q: Who can build email templates?
A: Brand Admin, Location Admin, or Marketing Admin roles can access the Email Builder. The Marketer role covers Audiences and Campaigns.
