Users may occasionally encounter an error upon login. In the instances where a password reset may not be working if they do exist they may be receiving the error message below:
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
Check AXP for the User
1. Login to AXP.
2. Click on Settings in left hand side menu.
3. Navigate to the Users tab.
4. Search by email
5. Use filter: All Locations
6. If the user is NOT found: reach out to your property’s IT team to add them to the correct SSO group or may need to delete and re-add them. Once added, the user needs to log in to trigger profile creation in AXP.
7. If the user IS found please reach out to the Alliants support team via the in app Help & Support > Live chat bubble.
