Guest Web App - Opened From Digital Itinerary Link
Timeout: 48 hours from sign-in.
Warning: None. After 48 hours, guests are signed out on next open/refresh and returned to the start page.
Why: Longer sessions suit personal devices during a stay while remaining secure.
Note: The 10-minute staff mobile app timeout and 48-hour web page session are platform defaults. Changes require a request to the team from Help & Support tab > Chat with us.
