Can a Reactive Whatsapp Template be used at any time?

Reactive Templates can be used to respond to guests as long as the conversation remains open and active. This means they can be sent within a 24-hour window from the time the last message was exchanged between the guest and the hotel. Once this time frame has passed, the conversation is considered inactive, and a Proactive (WhatsApp) Template would be required to restart communication.
