How to Send a Reactive Template?

Summary: Reactive Templates are pre-formulated messages designed to efficiently respond to common guest inquiries and frequently asked questions (FAQs). They help ensure quick, standardised, and professional communication.

Permissions Required: To send message templates to a guest, you must have the following roles; Converser or Brand Admin.

Sending a Reactive Template

1. Navigate to Conversations in left hand side menu or search the profile for whom you would like to chat with.

2. Click the blue + icon.

3. Select "Template" from the options.

4. Click into the template name and press the "Review button".

4. Then choose between "Send Translation" or "Send Original".

⁉️ Important: Reactive Templates can be sent to guests as long as the conversation remains active, which is within 24 hours from the last message exchanged.
