Summary: Concierge users can view all keys associated with a guest profile. This allows them to see:
A basic history of the guest’s room stays.
The status of each digital key assigned to the guest.
Permissions Required: Role required in AXP to view and manage profiles are Converser, Location Admin, or Brand Admin.
Viewing Digital Key via Guest Profile
1. Navigate to the Search section by selecting "Search" from the homepage.
2. Enter your search query into either:
The white search bar on the page.
The main search bar at the top of the page.
3. If needed, refine your search results by applying filters to locate the correct guest profile.
4. Select your desired profile.
5. Click the hyperlink "Full Profile".
6. Click the tab Digital Keys.
