How Do I View a Guest Profile?

Summary: Users can access detailed profile information in AXP by searching for an individual's profile using their name or phone number in the search bar. Once selected, a comprehensive view of the profile will be displayed.

Permissions Required: Role required in AXP to view and manage profiles are Converser, Location Admin, or Brand Admin. For Location & Brand Admins, you should be assigned to a converser role and department in combination with your admin role to see profiles.

Accessing a Profile

1. Navigate to the Search section by selecting "Search" from the homepage.

2. Enter your search query into either:

  • The white search bar on the page.

  • The main search bar at the top of the page.

3. If needed, refine your search results by applying filters to locate the correct guest profile.

4. Select your desired profile.

5. Click the hyperlink "Full Profile".


Exploring Profile Options

Each guest profile in AXP includes multiple sections with customisable features. The following table outlines the available profile tabs and their functions:

Displays the guest’s basic information, including demographic, contact, and loyalty details.

Operations > Conversations

Shows the guest’s chat history with the property and related timestamps.

Operations > Preferences

Stores guest preferences, allowing users to add tags, assign locations, and add notes.

Operations > Service Orders

Lists past service orders, including details such as requests, room number, and date.

Operations > Requests

Displays the guest’s historical requests and allows users to create new ones.

Operations > Itinerary

Provides the option to print the guest’s itinerary.

Operations > Bookings

Shows historical bookings across various brand locations and allows for new bookings.

Operations > Digital Key

Displays details related to the guest’s mobile key access.

Operations > Wallet Passes

Stores vouchers that the guest has added to their Apple Wallet.

Operations > ID Verification

Shows confirmation of the guest’s ID, if applicable.

Operations > Insights

Summarizes key guest stay details, including room type, total stays, nights, and revenue values (available only through certain PMS integrations).

Change Log

Tracks profile changes, including who made modifications and when. Clicking on a change reveals further details.

Raw Data (Admins only)

Displays raw data from the connected system, used by the Alliants team for support-related queries.
