Summary: Users can edit a guest’s profile information within AXP, including the mobile phone number, which can be updated or removed following specific steps.
Permissions Required: Role required in AXP to edit profiles areConverser, Location Admin, or Brand Admin.
Edit Profile Information
1. Navigate to the Search section by selecting "Search" from the homepage.
2. Enter your search query into either:
The white search bar on the page.
The main search bar at the top of the page.
3. If needed, refine your search results by applying filters to locate the correct guest profile.
4. Select your desired profile.
5. Click the hyperlink "Full Profile".
6. Click the Details tab.
Edit the necessary fields, including the phone number:
Click the three dots next to the primary phone number
Choose “Edit” to update the phone number or to delete it to remove it from this profile.
Save changes to confirm updates.
Note: Numbers that are sync'd from your PMS such as Opera will show in this section too.
