Guest Profiles – Good to Know

Helpful tips about guest profiles in AXP, including Stay Insights data access, the Activity widget, tab navigation, and the Quick Actions menu.

In a guest profile, you can see these following widgets:

Stay Insights Data Access

The Stay Insights widget displays booking information from any location within the same brand, not just locations the user has specific access to. This ensures staff can see a complete guest history across the brand for better service delivery.


Activity Widget Actions

Staff can create both requests and reminders directly from the Activity widget using the + button. This opens a contextual menu with the following options:

  • Create a request

  • Set a reminder

The guest profile is automatically pre-filled when creating these items.


Navigation Differences: Details vs Operations Tab

The two main tabs on a guest profile serve different purposes:

  • The Details tab is designed for information viewing only.

  • The Operations tab enables both viewing and taking actions.

This distinction helps staff quickly identify where to go based on whether they need to understand guest information or perform specific tasks.


Responsive Design

All widgets and sections adapt to different screen sizes, maintaining full functionality across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.


Quick Actions Menu

A quick actions menu is available from any guest profile via the ... (more options) button in the top navigation bar. This provides a single access point for the most common profile-level tasks without needing to navigate to a specific tab.

The menu contains the following actions:

  • Copy itinerary link — Copies a direct link to the guest's itinerary to the clipboard, which can be shared externally.

  • Print PDF itinerary — Generates and opens a printable PDF version of the guest's itinerary.

  • Set a reminder — Creates a reminder associated with the guest profile.

  • Create request — Opens the request creation flow with the guest profile pre-filled.

  • Create booking — Opens the booking creation flow with the guest profile pre-filled.

  • Merge profile — Initiates the profile merge flow, allowing duplicate guest profiles to be consolidated into one.

ℹ️ Info: Merge profile is only available to brand admins whose brand have it enabled. Please speak with your brand admin or customer success manager for access.
