Summary: Need to control which requests appear in a guest's itinerary? You can easily show or hide requests by following these simple steps.
Permissions Required: Users must have the appropriate role in AXP to manage guest itinerary visibility, such as Converser, Location Admin, or Brand Admin (depending on your organisation's setup).
1. Showing/ Hiding Request via Request Tab
1. Navigate to Search from the left hand side menu.
2. Find the desired profile in the search bar.
3. Click on the Requests tab.
4. Click the "Show/Hide" toggle at the end of the request to adjust visibility.
2. Show / Hide Request via Itinerary Tab
1. Navigate to Search from the left hand side menu.
2. Find the desired profile in the search bar.
3. Click on the Itinerary tab.
4. Scroll down to the section Displayed Bookings.
5. Click the checkbox under "Display" to show or hide the request.
