Summary: Sometimes you may need to hide a special room rate from the digital itinerary of the guest. This means hiding/removing the average room rate from view or estimated total from the itinerary.
AXP Permission Required: Converser Role, Location or Brand Admin + any relevant permission to make rates confidential on your PMS.
Note: Currently, these steps work for most PMS apart from Apaleo.
Find your rate code in your PMS
Make it confidential
This should now hide it from AXP and remove it from the digital itinerary.
