Types of Requests
Requests are grouped into three main categories:
Request Type | Description |
Concierge Requests | Requests made during a guest's stay (e.g., restaurant reservations, activity bookings). |
Check-in Requests | Requests placed before check-in (e.g., room preferences, early check-in). |
Check-out Requests | Requests related to check-out procedures (e.g., luggage assistance, transportation arrangements). |
Accessing Requests
1. Navigate to Requests in the left hand side menu
2. Here you can view the list of all guest requests and filter as needed.
Finding Requests for a Specific Vendor
1. Navigating to the Vendor’s Full Menu.
2. Clicking on the "Requests" tab.
