What Actions Can I Take on a Request?

Summary: The Action Button is represented by the three dots located in the top-right corner of the screen. The menu options displayed vary depending on the section of the software you are in. Below are the available options in the Request Action Button menu.

Permissions Required: This can be used by a Converser, Location Admin and Brand Admin.

Request Action Button Menu Options

Option

Description

Hide on Guest Itinerary

Hides the request from both the Printed Itinerary and the Digital Itinerary if it was originally visible to the guest.

Show on Guest Itinerary

Unhides the request, making it visible again on the Printed Itinerary and Digital Itinerary.

Edit Request

Opens the sidebar editor, allowing modifications to the request details.

Send Confirmation

Sends a request confirmation via AXP Messaging, using the send_request_confirmation template. Includes the vendor name and the time of the request.

Print Confirmation for Guest

Generates a PDF file that can be downloaded and printed for the guest. Displays only guest-visible fields (indicated by the green eye symbol).

Print Full Request Details

Generates a PDF file for internal use, showing all request details, including non-guest-visible fields.

Print Request with Template

Allows users to select from pre-configured templates that can be customized with logos, images, signatures, and language preferences. Templates can be uploaded in the Settings section by Brand Admins or Location Admins. Export formats: PDF and DOCX.

Create Duplicate Request

Creates a duplicate of the current request. Useful for recurring requests, requiring minimal modifications instead of creating a new request from scratch.

Using Request Actions

1. Navigate to Requests in the left hand side menu.

2. Select a request from the table view.

3. Click the โ action button.

4. Select one of the relevant menu options listed above.
