In the instance you may be seeing the message "This Message was not delivered to maintain a healthy ecosystem engagement":
This is due to some changes made by Meta Platforms Inc, WhatsApp marketing templates will be suspended for United States phone numbers (those composed of a +1 dialling code and US area code) for an unspecified amount of time. Meta have stated that this pause is temporary but have not given an indication of how long it will be in effect.
The impact of this is that when attempting to send a template to a WhatsApp user with a US phone number; an error will be returned. Guests with US phone numbers will still be able to actively contact your hotels and you can respond but you will be unable to proactively message them. We are investigating alternative categorisation options to restore functionality but this process will take a few days.
