How to set up auto reply for Out of Hours messaging of your department?

Example: There may be limited hours that you can offer support from your Food & Beverage team. To ensure clear communication with guests who reach out during off-hours, you can set up an automated reply message that outlines your team's operational hours.

Permissions Required: Location or Brand Admin

Note: For this process to work you will need to have made a message template that explains your departments opening hours and saved it.

Steps to configure:

  1. Go to "Settings"

  2. Click on "Departments"

  3. Select the relevant department to configure

  4. Setup the operational hours and days of the week

    1. Toggle the slider "Open" for each day the service is available

    2. Set opening hours for each day

  5. Check mark the "Send auto reply message outside of business hours"

  6. Choose your pre-made template

  7. Click "Save Changes"
