Pro-active Whats Template Not Sending - 24 Hour Error Message

In instances where a guest has initiated a message to the hotel, but the hotel staff member is currently unable to reply using a pro-active Whatsapp template and continuously seeing the error message:

"Message failed to send because more than 24 hours have passed since the customer last replied to this number."

According to Meta’s documentation (Error Code 131047), this is a intermittent known issue which may arise on some conversations related to WhatsApp’s customer service messaging window. We have escalated this to Meta's support team who are currently working on a solution to prevent these occurrences.
