Sometimes you may be asked by your guest to share the link to their Apple or Google Wallet Hotel Key. To do this you need to resend the digital itinerary link.
Permissions Required: Any user on the platform can follow these steps
Note: If you are using a guest portal solution from us these same steps will apply as the Apple & Google Key buttons will be available on the portal through the same link.
How to resend the link to an Apple or Google Wallet Key?
Click on "Bookings"
Find the booking you want to resend the link for
Click on the booking to open the side bar
Click on the 3 dots (actions button)
Click "Copy Booking Link"
Share the link with your guest via your preferred channel

Note: This process only works if you have Apple and/or Google Wallet keys setup for your hotel. This works alongside specific door lock providers (Assa Abloy, Salto & Dormakaba) and requires configuration and testing to setup.
