Translations
The Translation feature in AXP works by recognising the language of the message received from the guest. The hotel team confirms the language is right and AXP then sets this as the guest primary language.
Translation responses
If a user responds to an incoming translated message, the reply will automatically be translated back into the guest's language, ensuring uninterrupted communication.
Primary Language
If you need to change the primary language of your guest because the initial language was wrong, you can do this in the sidebar guest profile:
Click the guest name at the top to bring up the sidebar
Click “About” under their name
Click the blue ‘pencil’ icon next to details
Select the appropriate language from the dropdown
Click the blue ‘check mark’ box to confirm
AXP will now translate any further messages into the newly selected primary language.
