The Brand Hero Image is an optional visual element that appears on the Guest Web App login page alongside your main Brand logo. It allows you to display a secondary image — such as a property photo, lifestyle image, or additional brand asset — to create a more personalised and visually engaging experience for your guests.
Where do I configure the Brand Hero Image?
The Brand Hero Image setting is located within your location's brand theme settings. Only Brand Administrators can configure it. To find it:
Go to Settings
Select Brand
Click on the Theme tab
Scroll to the bottom of the page
You will find the Brand Logo and Brand Hero Image option there. You can upload, change, or remove the image from this section.
Why does my login page show two logos?
If you see two images on your Digital Itinerary login page, it is because both your Brand logo and a Brand Hero Image have been configured. The Brand logo is set as part of your core brand settings, while the Brand Hero Image is an additional layer set within the Theme section.
To remove the second image, Brand Admins can navigate to Settings → Brand → Theme, scroll to the bottom, and uncheck the "Enable Location Visuals".
