How Do I Set Up Automated Check-In Messages?

The Automated Check-In Welcome Message is a feature that enables users to send an automatic welcome message to guests when their reservation status changes to "Checked In".

How to Set Up an Automated Check-In Message

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click on the Location Settings tab

  3. Click on a Location and click "View Full Location"

  4. Click "Guest App Configuration"

  5. Go to check-in message template and select the template you want to send

  6. Click "Save changes"
