How Do I Run Reports in AXP?

Running reports in AXP gives you visibility into guest communications, team performance, request volumes, and overall operational metrics. The Reports module provides pre-built report templates as well as the ability to customise reports with specific filters and date ranges. You can view reports on screen, export them as CSV files, or schedule regular report delivery via email.

Prerequisites

  • You need the Report Viewer, Location Admin, or Brand Admin role

  • Data availability depends on your location's activity period

Access the Reports Module

To access and run reports in AXP, follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to Reports

  1. Click Reports in the left navigation menu

  2. You will see the analytics dashboard with key metric summaries

Step 2: Select a Report Type

AXP offers several pre-built report types:

  • Conversation Reports — Message volumes, response times, channel breakdown

  • Request Reports — Request volumes, completion rates, average handling time

  • Guest Reports — Profile activity, engagement metrics, satisfaction scores

  • Team Performance — Staff response times, workload distribution, productivity

  • Digital Key Reports — Key issuance, usage rates, device types

Step 3: Set Filters and Date Range

  1. Select the date range for your report (today, this week, this month, or custom)

  2. Apply location filters to focus on specific properties

  3. Add department filters to narrow results to specific teams

  4. Click Update Icon to update the report view

Step 4: Export Your Report

  1. Click the three dots button > Download in the top right of the report

  2. Select your export format (CSV is the most common)

  3. The file will download to your computer
