Summary: This article provides guidance on how to enable or disable Request Forms within the Alliants Experience Platform (AXP), as well as how to manage Request Form actions at the location level.
Permissions Required: To modify Request Forms, you must have either Location Admin or Brand Admin permissions within AXP.
1. Enabling / Disabling Request Forms:
1. Navigate to the Settings section.
2. Click on the Location tab and select the property you wish to manage.
3. Go to Request Forms within the property settings.
4. Click on the specific Request Form you want to modify.
5. Use the Display Request Form on Location toggle to enable or disable the form as needed.
2. Request Form Actions:
1. Navigate to the Settings section.
2. Click on the Location tab and select the desired property.
3. Go to Request Forms and click on the form where you want to add an action.
4. Click the + Add Action button.
5. Choose from the available actions:
Assign: Assign the request to a specific user or team.
Send Email: Configure the form to trigger an email notification.
Create Service Order: Set up the form to automatically create a service order.
Fill in the necessary fields based on the selected action.
Click Save to apply the changes.
