Changing a Booking Status Manually

By default, AXP synchronises with your Property Management System (PMS) to automate status updates. However, if needed, users can manually update a reservation status by following these steps:

1. Navigate to Bookings in the left navigation pane.

2. Select the desired Booking from the table view.

3. Select the Status icon from the right hand panel.

4. Choose the new status for the booking from the dropdown list.
