Types of Requests

Summary: The Alliants Experience Platform (AXP) categorises guest requests into up to seven distinct types. Each type has its own tab on the platform to facilitate clear organisation and ease of access.

Permissions Required: Role required in AXP to manage different request types; Location Admin, or Brand Admin.

Requests

Displays a comprehensive view of all requests associated with the property.

Open Requests

Shows only requests that are currently open and require attention.

Guests Requests

Requests made during a guest's stay at the property.

Service Orders

Displays task management tickets that have been pushed to an integrated task management system.

Spa & Activities

Shows spa bookings from a SpaSoft integration (one-way integration: requests made in AXP will not appear here).

Check-in Requests

Lists requests related to the guest check-in process.

Check-out Requests

Lists requests related to the guest check-out process.

Calendar View

Organises and displays requests in a calendar format.


Feature Functions in AXP

Description

Search

Searching by guest name or request details will filter and display only matching results.

Date Picker & Today Button

If you navigate to a different day, clicking the ‘Today’ button will return you to the current date.

Red Timeline

The red timeline in Calendar View updates hour by hour, but not by minute (e.g., at 1:30 PM, it remains on the 1:00 PM block).

Filters

Refining requests using filters (e.g., selecting ‘Requested’ from the “Request Type” filter) will show only matching requests.

Bell Icon (🔔)

Indicates that a Request has an Alert (this does not apply to reminders).

Creating a New Request

A new request can be made directly within the Calendar View by clicking the ‘New Request’ button.

Auto-Populated Date

The selected date in the Date Picker will be auto-filled in the new request form. To create a request for a future date, select that date first.
