Go to the AXP login page
Click Forgot Password? below the password field

Check your inbox for a password reset link (check spam/junk folders too)
Click the link and create a new password following the security requirements
Tip: Password reset links expire after 24 hours. If yours has expired, request a new one.
Account Locked
Accounts are locked after multiple failed login attempts for security purposes.
Wait 15 minutes for the automatic lockout to expire
Try logging in again with the correct credentials
If still locked, contact your Brand Administrator to manually unlock your account from Settings > Users > find your account, then click the three dots to unlock your account

How long does a password reset link last?
Password reset links are valid for 24 hours. If the link has expired, return to the login page and request a new reset link by clicking "Forgot Password?" again. Please check spam box just in case. An email will take up to couple of minutes to arrive and the previous links would expire immediately when a new email is triggered.
Can I change my login email address?
Login email addresses can only be changed by a Brand Administrator. Contact your admin to update your email address in the system.
