Summary: If you log in using email and password, and have forgotten your AXP password or need to set a new one, use the Forgot password? link on the login page. If you log in via SSO, you don't need to reset.
The process takes under 2 minutes β you will receive a reset email and then create a new password. This article covers both resetting a forgotten password and changing your current password, as they use the same process.

Part 1: Request a Password Reset
Step 1 β Go to the AXP login page
Navigate to your organisation's AXP login URL (e.g. alliants.app/login or your custom branded URL).
Step 2 β Click "Forgot password?"
Below the Password field, click the Forgot password? link. You will be taken to the Password reset page.
Step 3 β Enter your email address and submit
Type the email address you use to log in to AXP into the Email address used to log in field, then click Reset password.
π‘ Tip: Make sure you use the exact email address associated with your AXP account. If you are unsure which email to use, contact your Brand Administrator.
Step 4 β Confirmation screen
A confirmation message will appear: "Instructions have been sent to [your email]." This means the reset email is on its way.
Part 2: Set Your New Password
Step 5 β Open the password reset email
Check your email inbox for a message from noreply@alliants.app with the subject "Forgot you're password? Let's get you a new one!". Open the email and click Set up a new password.
ποΈ No email received? First check your Junk or Spam folder β the email may have been filtered. If it's not there either, go back to the Password reset page and click Re-enter address to try again, making sure you use the correct email address.
β±οΈ Link expiry: The Set up a new password link expires after a short time. If you click the link and see an error, return to the login page and request a new reset email. Please give it a few minutes to arrive so that you will use the latest link.
Step 6 β Set your new password
Clicking the button will open a new browser tab on the Password reset page. Enter your new password in the New password field. Your password must meet all of the following requirements:
At least 8 characters long
At least one lowercase letter
At least one uppercase letter
At least one special character (e.g. !, @, #, $)
As you type, green ticks will appear next to each requirement as it is met. Once all four ticks are green, click Confirm password.
Step 7 β Log in with your new password
After confirming your new password, you will be redirected to the AXP login page. Enter your email and your new password to log in.

Why I don't see the email in my inbox?
Please check your spam box just in case it got filtered.
Is "Forgot Password" the same as "Reset Password"?
Yes β both refer to the same process. Clicking Forgot password? on the login screen is how you reset your password. There is no separate process.
Why the link in my email doesn't work?
The link expires after 24 hours. If a new link is requested, the previous link will expire immediately. If you have requested to reset your password again, please give it a few minutes to arrive at your inbox. You will need to use the latest link to reset password.
Can I change my password when I am already logged in?
Password changes are currently handled through the reset process above. Log out of AXP, then follow the steps from Step 1.
I clicked the reset link and it says it has expired. What do I do?
Return to your AXP log in page, click Forgot password? again, and request a fresh reset email.
π Security note: If you did not request a password reset, ignore the email and contact your Brand Administrator immediately. Nobody at Alliants will ask you for your password.
