Alliants Experience Platform (AXP)

Summary: Creating a profile in AXP lets you add a guest's contact details and immediately take action — such as sending a message or raising a request — all in one flow. The profile is saved as soon as you click "Create Profile."

Permissions Required: Converser or above

1. Access the Alliants Main Dashboard: Navigate to the Alliants Main Dashboard and locate the blue "+" icon in the top right corner.

2. Select "Create Profile": From the available options, choose "Create Profile." A new "Create New Profile" window will appear. Enter your first and last name before clicking on "Create New."

3. Customise Your Profile: Enter the first and last name of the Profile and click "Create Profile"

4. Completed Profile Dashboard: Fill out any necessary details from the full profile menu and click "Save changes"
