Creating an Open Request
Step 1: Start a New Request
From the Request Dashboard, click the + New Request button. Select Open Request from the request type dropdown.
Step 2: Link to a Guest
Search for and select the guest's profile. This links the request to their record and allows for tracking and follow-up.
Step 3: Fill in Request Details
Provide a clear description of the request, set the priority level (Low, Medium, High, Urgent), assign to the appropriate department, and set a due date if applicable.
Step 4: Add Attachments or Notes
You can attach files, photos, or internal notes to provide additional context for the team handling the request.
Step 5: Create the Request
Click Create to submit the request. It will appear on the Request Dashboard and be visible to the assigned department.
