Request Categories

Guests choose from pre-configured categories such as housekeeping, room service, maintenance, concierge services, and general inquiries.

Request Details

Each category may have specific fields for the guest to fill in. Guests can also add free-text descriptions and attach photos.

What Staff See

Guest-submitted requests appear on your conversation with the guest, as well as Request Dashboard with the guest's details, booking information, and request specifics automatically populated.
