How to re-sync data for Infor HMS?

Guest profile has not synced in or is showing the incorrect booking/ room details or not showing at all

Summary: If you happen to notice that the booking number, room number on your Infor HMS data is different to the one shown on AXP or not showing at all, it might be that the data connection needs a re-sync. This will also apply to if you have a missing guest profile in AXP.

Permissions Required: This process requires access to your Oracle Cloud or Opera Hosted / on Prem as well as Converser or Admin permissions on AXP.

There are different ways of doing this depending on if you are using Oracle Cloud or if it is Opera Hosted / On Prem.

Re-syncing data on Infor HMS

1. Navigate to Start Centre in Infor HMS.

2. In the search bar type "Partner".

3. Select the option Upload to Partner.

4. Select the relevant "Property".

5. In the "Partner" field find "Alliants" and tick the box next to it. Then Click the Submit button.

7. Select the "Upload Type" and choose the option "Reservations".

8. Enter the "Start/ End Date" and click the Apply button.

9. Select all in the "Sate List" field and click the Submit button.

11. Another button will appear to click Submit.

12. A pop up window window will appear with "This will initiate the information Upload, Continue?" - Click the Yes button.

13. This will then send off messages to Alliants to re-sync the data.
