Why Can I not see the Guest Card Payment Details?

When a payment is in the ‘Pending’ state means it’s been sent to the guest to confirm the card details but they have not sent them back yet. You can only view the details when the status is ‘Card Captured’.

Another reason why you may not be able to view this is dependant on your access level as this is restricted to specific Brand Admins.
