Why can I not Send a Digital Itinerary Link to a Guest?

In some instances the "Send Digital Itinerary" link may be greyed out. This occurs if:

  • Guest does not have a phone number or one which is properly formatted.

  • There is no itinerary set on the Location

  • Channels are disabled.

  • Digital Itinerary template saved and Whatsapp Approved.
