Navigate to the conversation you'd like to send the itinerary to, located in either "Active conversations" or "Conversations history."

Click on the blue "+" button next to the messaging text box

Select "Digital Itinerary"

Select the template you wish to send and fill out any necessary fields

Click "Send itinerary"
