In the instance where a Digital Key Registration button is not showing in the app this is due to:
The guest check in process not being completed and they are not marked as "Checked in" in Alliants.
If the guest has already previously registered a digital key which can be viewed under the guests profile in AXP > Digital Keys.
Guest is not on the latest iOS / Android version.
Guest does not have the most up to date hotel app.
If both the above is not true then in this a circle icon should appear in the bottom right of the app to view the key. In the case the icon is missing as a troubleshooting step the guest can delete and re-add the app which allow them to re-register for a new digital key.
In the instance where the guest is already registered and the Digital Key Icon is not appearing for view:
The guest check in process not being completed and they are not marked as "Checked in" in Alliants.
Guest has not registered for Digital Key.
Digital Key was revoked by hotel staff member.
Guest is not on the latest iOS / Android version.
Guest does not have the most up to date hotel app.
