Guest Device Requirements

Apple Devices

iPhone 8 or later running iOS 15 or higher. NFC (Near Field Communication) must be supported and enabled. For Apple Wallet keys, the guest needs Apple Wallet capability.

Android Devices

Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later with NFC support. Google Wallet must be available for wallet-based keys. Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) support may be required for some lock systems.

Property Requirements

Properties need compatible electronic door locks, a configured digital key provider in AXP, network connectivity at lock locations, and proper lock-to-room mapping in the system.
