Scenario: To save time when managing requests, you can create a custom view that displays only the requests matching your selected filter criteria. Once saved, this filtered view will be easily accessible for future use.
Permission Required: Converser, Location & Brand Admin
How to Create a Custom View:
Click the Filters button at the top of the screen.
Apply your desired filters.
Click Save View.
Enter a name for your view.
Note for Admins: You can designate the view as either a Location or Brand View.
Click Create View.
Your newly created custom view will now appear on the left side of the screen under "My Views".
Managing Saved Views:
Click the Actions button (three dots) next to a saved view to access the following options:
Rename View – Edit the name of the saved view.
Delete View – Remove the view from your list.
Set/Unset as Default View – When set, this view becomes the default view displayed when you open the Requests screen in AXP.
