How to Send An Attachment
Locate the conversation you'd like to send an attachment to, either in the "Conversations" or the "History" pages.
Click the blue "+" icon next to the messaging text box
Click "Attachment"
Add the file to the side menu on the right of the screen
Click "Send file"
Important To Note
We support many file types, please check below if your file is eligible for the Alliants Platform: csv, doc, docx, gif, jpeg, jpg, key, m4a, m4v, mov, mp3, mp4, mp4a, mpeg, mpg, numbers, pages, pdf, png, ppt, pptx, txt, vcg, xls, xlsx.
Please be aware that there is a file size limit of 5MB when sending files in a chat conversation. This is to avoid potential costs for guests if they are not connected to Wi-Fi when receiving an attachment. For larger files, we recommend using email to send them instead.
