Visual Indicators for Unresponded Conversations

To ensure that you never miss a new message from a guest, Alliants Experience Platform incorporates visual indicators. When a guest sends a message, unresponded conversations are marked with a yellow dot (🟑) to draw your attention. Additionally, a red dot (πŸ”΄) replaces the yellow once a new unresponded message triggered escalation rules, indicating urgency.

Viewing Conversations in the Conversations Tab

All messages pertaining to ongoing conversations can be accessed and viewed in the Conversations tab. This tab serves as a centralised location for managing active interactions with guests.
