To ensure that you never miss a new message from a guest, Alliants Experience Platform incorporates visual indicators. When a guest sends a message, unresponded conversations are marked with a yellow dot (🟡) to draw your attention. Additionally, a red dot (🔴) replaces the yellow once a new unresponded message triggered escalation rules, indicating urgency.

All messages pertaining to ongoing conversations can be accessed and viewed in the Conversations tab. This tab serves as a centralised location for managing active interactions with guests.
