What Icons Represent

Here's a breakdown of the key features:

  1. Guest's name: This is automatically retrieved from the guest's profile.

  2. Translation: If the guest speaks a different language, the chat will automatically display translations for both languages, with your language at the bottom and the participant's language at the top.

  3. Channel: An icon representing the communication channel used to send the message is displayed here. The icon varies based on the channel used, including Apple Business Chat, Facebook Messenger, Google Business Messenger, Line, Mobile SDK (Android and iOS), SMS, Telegram, Viber, WeChat, Web chat, and WhatsApp.

  4. Date & Time: This shows the date and time when the message was delivered.
