How Do I Create a Service Order?

Summary: This feature works when integrated with a task management software and is only accessed through a chat interface with your guest. This is a one-way integration with task management platforms, meaning you can start a ticket from within Alliants. Perhaps your guest needs engineering to fix their A/C, then you can start that ticket directly from Alliants.

Supported Integrations: HotSOS, Knowcross & Actabl
โ€‹Note: Some of these integrations require additional data management software to work.

  1. Go to a conversation

  2. Click on the blue "+" icon next to the messaging text box

  3. Click "Service Order"

  4. Enter the necessary details such as Request Type and Notes

  5. Click "Send Service Order"

Note: Service orders can be scheduled if the appropriate setting is enabled via our support team. This means depending on which task management software you use, you can send a ticket with a due date and/or time configured.

How to view a guests' service orders

You can see a list of service orders made for a guest:

  1. Click "Full Profile"

  2. "Operations"

  3. "Service Orders"
