Summary: This feature works when integrated with a task management software and is only accessed through a chat interface with your guest. This is a one-way integration with task management platforms, meaning you can start a ticket from within Alliants. Perhaps your guest needs engineering to fix their A/C, then you can start that ticket directly from Alliants.

Go to a conversation
Click on the blue "+" icon next to the messaging text box
Click "Service Order"
Enter the necessary details such as Request Type and Notes
Click "Send Service Order"
Note: Service orders can be scheduled if the appropriate setting is enabled via our support team. This means depending on which task management software you use, you can send a ticket with a due date and/or time configured.
How to view a guests' service orders
You can see a list of service orders made for a guest:
Click "Full Profile"
"Operations"
"Service Orders"
