How Do I Use the History Page?

Permissions Required: Users must have the appropriate role in AXP (e.g., Converser, Location Admin, or Brand Admin) to access and manage the History Page.

How to Use the History Page

1. Navigate to History in the left hand side menu.

2. Review the various elements associated with each conversation:

  • Status: Indicates whether the conversation is active on the main Conversation Dashboard or has been closed.

  • Flags: Displays any flags or notifications attached to the conversation.

  • Profile: Provides information about the guest involved in the conversation.

  • Departments: Offers insight into the department(s) participating in the dialogue.

  • Last Message: Shows the date or time of the last message sent (if sent today) and the sender's details. If the last message was from a guest, the communication channel used will also be displayed.

  • Actions: This button allows you to perform operations such as view, mute, close, or permanently delete conversations.
