How Do I Search and Filter Conversations?

How Do I Search Conversations?

  1. Click the History on the left panel

  2. Enter your search term — guest names

  3. Press Enter to see matching results

  4. Click on a 3 dots on the conversation to view the conversation

How Do I Filter Conversations?

Use filters to narrow your inbox view:

  • Date Range — Conversations within a specific time period

  • Status — Open, Snoozed, or Closed

  • Assignee — My conversations, specific team member, or department

A: Yes, after setting your desired filters, click Save View to create a named filter preset. Saved views appear in the sidebar for quick access.
